Advertising campaign statements

Australian Government agencies conducting information and advertising campaigns must comply with all relevant policies and processes. The Cabinet Secretary or the Minister for Finance and Deregulation issue and amend these policies. Requirements for reviewing and certifying campaigns are determined by the value of the campaign and whether advertising will be undertaken.

Chief Executives are required to certify that a campaign complies with the Guidelines on Information and Advertising Campaigns by Australian Government Departments and Agencies (March 2010) and relevant government policies.

We publish certification statements for each advertising campaign we design, develop and implement after they are launched.
