The Dumping and Subsidy Manual sets out the legislative framework, principles and practices that normally apply to anti-dumping and countervailing investigations. 

Ministerial expectations

The minister issued a statement of expectations to the commissioner covering anti-dumping and countervailing responsibilities. 

The commissioner responded with a statement of intent.

We consider these guidelines when determining the form of duties that we will recommend to the minister.
