The Australian Trade Remedies Commission was formerly the Anti-Dumping Commission.
We will update the Dumping and Subsidy Manual in due course to reflect the commission’s new name and branding as the Australian Trade Remedies Commission. In the interim, the manual remains the commission’s current guidance document and its content continues to apply. References to the Anti-Dumping Commission should be read as references to the Australian Trade Remedies Commission.
The commission is now responsible for safeguard inquiries.
The manual does not yet include information on safeguard inquiries. We will review the manual at a future date to ensure it continues to meet the needs of users of Australia’s trade remedies system.
