Key project activities we will use to address the challenge include: the development of a proof of concept platform; demonstrations of natural language processing as well as data analysis and visualisation techniques; simulated consultations using historical engagement data; and live pilot deployments to evaluate performance in the field. The proof of concept aims to demonstrate improved insights, communication, moderation and participant engagement.
