The Anti-Dumping Review Panel (Review Panel) has received applications seeking a review of the Minister for Industry and Innovation and Minister for Science's decision made under subsection 269ZHG(1) of the Customs Act 1901 (the Act) in respect of aluminum extrusions exported from the People's Republic of China (Reviewable Decision). 

Notice of the Reviewable Decision was published on the Anti-Dumping Commission’s website (EPR 657) on 17 October 2025 (ADN 2025/096). 

Under subsection 269ZZK(1) of the Act, the Review Panel must provide a report to the Minister on the applications recommending that the Reviewable Decision be affirmed, or revoked and substituted with a specified new decision.

ADRP report due to Minister 19 January 2026
Minister’s decision due Within 30 days after receiving the ADRP report, unless the Minister considers an extension of time is required due to special circumstances.
