Jane is based at the Australia High Commission in New Delhi.
Jane has contributed to our department’s strategic and industry priorities since joining. Her work includes supporting coordinating on critical minerals, clean energy supply chains and low emissions technologies, and engaging on resources and offshore energy.
She has also worked to strengthen supply chain resilience and deepen cooperation on critical infrastructure and emerging technologies.
Jane’s recent work includes:
- leading our department’s contribution to the Greater Sunrise technical negotiations and working closely with industry and government partners
- building relationships with key resources stakeholders to support major offshore energy projects
- shaping policy on clean energy supply chains and critical minerals
- contributing to Australian Government efforts on strategic infrastructure and technology.
Jane previously represented Australia through postings in Port Moresby, Islamabad and as Acting High Commissioner to the Cook Islands.
She holds a Bachelor of Science (Honours) in Marine Biology and Tropical Marine Science from James Cook University.
