The Anti-Dumping Review Panel (Review Panel) has received an application seeking a review of the Minister for Industry and Innovation and Minister for Science's decision made under subsections 269TG(1) and (2) of the Customs Act 1901 (the Act) in respect of interchangeable bolted clipping system brackets exported from the People's Republic of China (Reviewable Decision). 

Notice of the Reviewable Decision was published on the Anti-Dumping Commission’s website (EPR 644) on 2 October 2025 (ADN 2025/089). 

Under subsection 269ZZK(1) of the Act, the Review Panel must provide a report to the Minister on the applications recommending that the Reviewable Decision be affirmed, or revoked and substituted with a specified new decision.

ADRP report due to Minister 10 March 2026
