We commissioned market research so consumers and businesses could inform future implementation of country of origin labelling.

The key objective was to understand consumers and their values and attitudes towards country of origin labelling for food products. The project also tested 6 concepts for future country of origin labelling.

The report captured the underlying values of consumers to understand how values and beliefs shape attitudes and behaviours.
