The Anti-Dumping Review Panel received an application from BlueScope Steel Limited under the Customs Act 1901 for a review of a decision by the Delegate of the Anti-Dumping Commissioner to terminate part of an investigation into whether the Minister should publish a dumping notice as it relates to Hot Rolled Plate Steel. Specifically the termination of part of an investigation into dumping of hot rolled plate steel exported from the People's Republic of China, The Republic of Korea and Taiwan.
Under subsection 269ZZT(1) of the Customs Act 1901, The Anti-Dumping Review Panel is required to make a decision on the application by either:
a) Affirming the reviewable decision or;
b) Revoking the reviewable decision.
ON 6 DECEMBER 2013, THE ADRP AFFIRMED THE REVIEWABLE DECISION.
