The Anti-Dumping Review Panel (ADRP) has received an application for review of the decision of the Minister for Industry, Science and Technology made under subsection 269ZDBH of the Customs Act 1901 (the Act) in respect of Certain Wire Rope exported from the Republic of South Africa (Reviewable Decision). Notice of the Reviewable Decision was published on the Anti-Dumping Commission’s website on 9 July 2019 (ADN 2019/84).
