The Anti-Dumping Review Panel (Review Panel) has received an application seeking a review of the Minister for Industry and Innovation and Minister for Science's decision made under subsection 269TL(1) of the Customs Act 1901 (the Act) in respect of prepared or preserved tomatoes exported from the Italian Republic (Reviewable Decision).
Notice of the Reviewable Decision was published on the Anti-Dumping Commission’s website (EPR 654) on 3 February 2026 (ADN 2026/021).
Under subsection 269ZZK(1) of the Act, the Review Panel must provide a report to the Minister on the applications recommending that the Reviewable Decision be affirmed, or revoked and substituted with a specified new decision.
