Reconsideration of PVC Flat Electrical Cables exported from the People's Republic of China

The Anti-Dumping Review Panel (Review Panel) has recommenced a review following orders from the Federal Court of Australia that the decision of the Minister for Industry and Science made on 20 February 2023 and the report of the Review Panel, made on 19 January 2023, in relation to PVC Flat Electrical Cables exported from the People's Republic of China be set aside. The matter was remitted to the Review Panel for reconsideration in accordance with law.
