The Anti-Dumping Review Panel received applications from GS Global Corporation (GSG) and Dongkuk Steel Mill Co, Ltd (DSM) under the Customs Act 1901 for a review of a decision by the Minister to publish a dumping duty notice in respect of Hot Rolled Plate Steel imported from the Republic of Korea.
