The Anti-Dumping Review Panel received an application from BlueScope Steel Limited under the Customs Act 1901 for a review of a decision by the Delegate of the Anti-Dumping Commissioner to terminate part of an investigation into whether the Minister should publish a dumping notice as it relates to Hot Rolled Plate Steel. Specifically the termination of part of an investigation into dumping of hot rolled plate steel exported from the People's Republic of China, The Republic of Korea and Taiwan.
