Action Plan for Critical Technologies

The Action Plan for Critical Technologies demonstrates the Australian Government’s tangible actions to protect and promote critical technologies.

It identifies critical technologies in our national interest and operationalises the Blueprint for Critical Technologies.

The Department of the Prime Minister and Cabinet (PM&C) released this plan on 17 November 2021. The Critical Technologies Hub (formerly the Critical Technologies Policy Coordination Office) transferred from PM&C to our department on 1 July 2022 following Administrative Arrangements Orders issued on 1 June 2022.
