Our team works with you to design your program in the simplest, most streamlined and cost- effective way. We make sure your program is in line with best practice with a focus on achieving policy outcomes.
Our staff have experience in all aspects of grants management. We deliver programs to the highest possible standard.
Our automated end-to-end grants management platform links the customer portal directly to the grants management system.
Our contact centre is open from 8am–8pm, Monday to Friday. We support your customers with the application process over the full term of the grant.
We publish updates on grant opportunities on business.gov.au and grants.gov.au. We can also promote your program through our national and regional network in 24 rural and city locations across Australia.
We collect a range of data over the life of your program. This data is available to you as a suite of standard reports covering all aspects of the grant lifecycle.
Our assurance team uses the Business Grants Hub Assurance Framework when designing and delivering grants. We discuss program risks with you and agree on controls and risk management across the program’s full term.

The following program responsibilities and accountabilities apply.
It takes an average of 34 weeks to design, launch, assess and deliver grant agreements for a standard, open-competitive grant program.
Urgent program delivery may be possible for an additional cost.
We have a Memorandum of Understanding (MoU) with each client agency we work with.
A signed service schedule is in place with client agencies for each program/grant opportunity. The service schedule includes agreed timeframes, resources, roles and responsibilities.
The cost of a program depends on a range of factors. This includes the number of grants, how complex the program is, the services needed, and the level of risk to develop and manage the program. We provide clients a cost estimate based on their activities.
We work on a cost recovery basis, charging policy partners based on the amount of work our team does.
Over the life of a program, we provide client agencies with regular reports as agreed in the service schedule. We can provide additional reports if needed, however this may attract an additional cost.
