The Anti-Dumping Review Panel (Review Panel) has received three applications seeking a review of the Minister for Industry and Innovation and Minister for Science's decision made under sections 269TG (1) and (2) of the Customs Act 1901 (the Act) in respect of hot rolled deformed steel reinforcing bar in lengths exported from Malaysia, the Kingdom of Thailand, the Republic of Türkiye and the Socialist Republic of Vietnam (Reviewable Decision).
Notice of the Reviewable Decision was published on the Anti-Dumping Commission’s website (EPR 655) on 22 December 2025 (ADN 2025/124).
Under subsection 269ZZK(1) of the Act, the Review Panel must provide a report to the Minister on the applications recommending that the Reviewable Decision be affirmed, or revoked and substituted with a specified new decision.
