This year’s theme, AI: Your next step in business, is all about giving SMEs the confidence, tools and support to start or scale their AI journey. Whether you're exploring AI for the first time or looking to deepen your capabilities, this session will introduce you to the free, expert-led support available through the AI Adopt Centres.

The AI Adopt Centres are a key Australian Government initiative helping SMEs unlock the benefits of artificial intelligence.

Join host Emma Haller from the National AI Centre for a 60-minute session featuring 3 leading AI Adopt Centres. You’ll hear how each centre is helping SMEs across Australia take practical steps to adopt AI responsibly and effectively:

  • ARM Hub AI Adopt Centre – Supporting manufacturers to integrate AI and robotics, with a cloud-based AI-as-a-service model.
  • Australian Regional AI Network (ARAIN) – Empowering regional SMEs in forestry, agriculture, fisheries and renewables through practical AI advice and education.
  • SMEC AI (Small to Medium Enterprise Centre of Artificial Intelligence) – Delivering AI training and one-on-one mentoring, with a focus on medical science, agriculture, renewables and low-emissions technologies.
