Swati Dave is an experienced non-executive director and senior banking executive with more than 30 years’ experience in domestic and international financial markets across several sectors. Her executive expertise spans infrastructure, natural resources, energy and utilities, renewable energy and property. Ms Dave has valuable strategic, business leadership and risk management capabilities from her executive and non-executive director roles across the public and private sectors. 

Ms Dave is:

• a member of the Reserve Bank of Australia Governance Board
• Chair of the Advisory Board for the Centre for Australia–India Relations 
• a non-executive director of the Treasury Corporation of Victoria and the Australian Financial Complaints Authority Boards
• an independent member of the QIC Global Infrastructure Investment Committee. 

Ms Dave served as the Managing Director and Chief Executive Officer of Export Finance Australia from 2017 to 2022. In that role, she successfully led a significant business and cultural transformation to make the organisation more impactful. She previously served as an advisory board member for the National Foundation for Australia-China Relations, and as a director of State Super, Australian Hearing, Great Western Bancorp, Inc. (USA) and the NAB Wealth Responsible Entity Boards.
