The Anti-Dumping Review Panel (ADRP) received an application from Guardian Industries Corp Ltd for a review of a decision by the Parliamentary Secretary to secure the continuation of the anti-dumping measures currently applying to exports of Clear Float Glass (CFG) from the People's Republic of China, Republic of Indonesia and The Kingdom of Thailand (the Reviewable Decision).
The Reviewable Decision was published on the Anti-Dumping Commission (ADC) website on 8 September 2016.
