The Anti-Dumping Review Panel (the Panel) has accepted applications from Pilotdoer Wheels Co. Ltd (Pilotdoer) and Zhejiang Yueling Co., Ltd (Yueling) for review of a decision by the Parliamentary Secretary to the Minister for Industry, Innovation and Scienceto publish findings in relation to a review of anti-dumping measures in respect of Aluminium Road Wheels exported from the People's Republic of China ('the Reviewable Decision'). The Reviewable Decision was published on 22 October 2015.

The Anti-Dumping Review Panel ("ADRP") has received an application for review of the decision of the Parliamentary Secretary to the Minister for Industry, Innovation and Science, made on 16 June 2017 to publish a notice under subsection 269ZHG(1)(b) of the Customs Act 1901("the Act") following a review regarding the continuation of anti-dumping measures on Aluminium Road Wheels Exported from the People's Republic of China ('Reviewable Decisions').
