The National Measurement Institute is seeking feedback to support the revision of the international standard (OIML R 51) for automatic catchweighing instruments.

The National Measurement Institute (NMI) is seeking feedback from stakeholders to support the revision of the international standard for automatic catchweighing instruments. OIML R 51 is an international recommendation for the requirements and testing procedures to evaluate these instruments.

The request for input opens today and closes 26 April 2019.

Your feedback and insights will form part of a consolidated Australian submission on the First Working Draft. Contributing will also allow NMI to better represent Australian industry and facilitate international trade.
