The Commissioner of the Anti-Dumping Commission is seeking an EOI from organisations and businesses to appoint as a member of the ITRF. The current membership of the ITRF will expire on 31 December 2025.

The ITRF is a group of representatives from Australian manufacturers and producers, importers, industry associations, unions and government agencies. It gives users of the anti-dumping system the opportunity to advise government on how to improve anti-dumping legislation. The Minister for Industry and Innovation and Minister for Science will appoint members for up to 3 years.

Your organisation’s nomination should explain its interest in the trade remedies system and in becoming an ITRF member. Please also include your entity type or the cohort you represent:

  • Australian producers
  • Australian manufacturers
  • Australian industry or representative body (including members)
  • Australian trade union

  • other.

Your EOI should not exceed 500 words.

Organisations rather than individuals are the appointed members of the ITRF. The ITRF meets a minimum of twice a year with representation usually at the CEO or Managing Director level. Members of the ITRF hold office on a part time basis in a non-remunerated capacity.

Email your EOI to the ITRF secretariat at ITRFSecretariat@adcommission.gov.au. Submissions close 5 September 2025.
