Questions include:
- Is the total value of Commonwealth government funding, across all sources, $20 million or more (including GST and all extension options) for the lifetime of the contract/agreement?
- Is the total value of the project $500 million or more (including GST)? Will the funding be used to establish, expand, improve or upgrade an eligible facility under the Australian Jobs Act?
- Does the project already have an approved AIP plan, Defence AIC Plan, or state or territory local industry participation plan?
- Will any goods or services for the project be sourced from overseas businesses and suppliers?
- Have you confirmed that the goods and services being sourced overseas cannot be provided by Australian businesses?
A government entity official will need to sign this form before you submit it. Your entity must decide on who has the right authority to sign the form.
