Novel technology in food provenance

Live science show exploring cutting edge food tracing technologies.

The interactive science show will reveal how novel technology is changing the way we trace, verify, and trust our foods origins.

The show will run twice daily from Wednesday 8 October to Friday 10 October at 11 am and 3 pm. 

Speakers

  • Dr Bridget Murphy
    Dr Bridget Murphy, the Education Manager at ANSTO. Dr Murphy has a background in both science research and education. Dr Murphy is skilled in tailoring scientific messages for different audiences from government and Defence representatives through to school students and general public.
  • Sarah Tyler
    Sarah is an enthusiastic science communicator and Training and Educational Coordinator at ANSTO. With a decade of teaching experience, she develops and runs education programs supporting Australia’s nuclear workforce. Her work spans technical training, outreach, and curriculum development, advancing public understanding and national capability in nuclear science.
