We designed the new system with project proponents in mind. The Industry Forms Portal has improved functionality that provides a better user experience.
The new system offers a more streamlined and efficient way to:
- submit major project notifications
- develop and submit draft AIP plans
- provide compliance reporting under the Australian Jobs Act 2013.
SmartForms is now decommissioned and you will no longer have access to the system to submit AIP plans or compliance reports. The AIP Authority has moved all functions to the Industry Forms Portal.
If you were unable to submit a replacement draft AIP plan in SmartForms before 30 April, you will need to do so in the new Industry Forms Portal. This will ensure your AIP plan can be set up in the new system. Once complete, you will be able to start entering your compliance reports.
You can access the Industry Forms Portal via our department's system behind an authentication wall, with 2-factor authentication available.
