The Anti-Dumping Review Panel (ADRP) has received an application for review of the decision of the Minister for Industry, Science and Technology made under subsection 269ZHG(1) of the Customs Act 1901 (the Act) in respect of Wind Towers exported from the People's Republic of China and the Republic of Korea (Reviewable Decision).
Notice of the Reviewable Decision was published on 27 March 2019 on the Anti-Dumping Commission’s website (ADN 2019/33).
Under subsection 269ZZK(1) of the Act, the Panel is required to provide a report to the Minister recommending that they either affirm the Reviewable Decision, or revoke the Reviewable Decision and substitute a specified new decision.

- Preliminary Reinvestigation Report: On 3 September 2019, the Anti-Dumping Commission (ADC) published a preliminary reinvestigation report setting out the Commissioner's preliminary findlings. The report is available on the ADC's website here. Interested parties have been invited to make submissions to the ADC in response to the Commissioner's preliminary findings by no later than 23 September 2019.
