To join your meeting on a laptop or mobile device:
1. Select Click here to join the meeting in your meeting invite. You will be taken to a page where you can choose to either join on the web or download the desktop app.
If you already have the Teams app, the meeting will open there automatically.
2. Select Use the web app instead to join your meeting in a web browser.
3. Select your camera options.
4. Select your audio options.
5. Select Join now.
You can join a department-hosted meeting using your videoconference enabled devices. Meeting details can be found in your meeting invitation.
To join your meeting from a videoconferencing device:
You can join some meetings by calling a phone number.
To join by phone:
