Evaluation of Streamlining Australia's Anti-Dumping System

In June 2011 the Australian Government announced reforms to Australia’s anti-dumping system in a package titled Streamlining Australia's Anti-dumping System. The government committed to an evaluation of the reforms five years after implementation. The evaluation includes assessments on the implementation and impact of each reform and makes summary findings for the five themes. The evaluation found improvement in access and consistency, and deterioration in timeliness.
