The 2008 review of Australia's innovation system was undertaken by an independent panel. The panel's report, Venturous Australia - building strength in innovation, and associated materials, can be accessed below.

These annexes provide further information in support of some chapters in the main report. The number of the annex reflects the report chapter to which the additional information applies.
The Review received over 800 written submissions. A list of submission authors is available from the Review Appendix (above). Copies of submissions can be obtained by emailing the department.
A content analysis undertaken by Prof. Mark Dodgson of the University of Queensland, using Leximancer software to identify the main themes, concepts and ideas identified in submissions to the Review.
