Access to Information
Applications for access to Departmental documents are made under section 15 of the Freedom of Information (FOI) Act. Applications are required to be in writing, including an Australian address and contact details and must be accompanied by the application fee.

official statement (58KB) as at 1 February 2010. The documents specified in this statement are available to the public for inspection and purchase from the Department.
